an association of young veterinary doctors
graduating from Mekelle University
• is formed by 4 veterinarians with three male and one
female.

Financing:
• At the beginning the source of funds of
the partners is without loan that is
they simply open a business license
and
• they find vaccine supplier of drug
shops as a credit so that they earn the
profit for themselves and it becomes
revolving and maximize their income
through time.

• All the members have salary from their income
• Most of the income is deposited for further
investment and to solve any risks regarding
finance problem
• All the income and expenses are audited
• during license renewal balance sheet and income
statements are prepared
• Every expense is paid from the petty cash
prepared
• And every income is also deposited to the account
Interactions with other sectors:
• made by following the rule and regulation of the
region.
• mutual or reciprocal action and interchanging of
ideas with the public veterinary sectors and
administrators of the region gives opportunity to
expand and achieve the goal of the company.
The supporting role of the public sector
for PPP activities:
• The role of public sector to enhance private
veterinary service is some what good and
supported by out sourcing of work like meat
inspection, vaccination, capacity building,
experience sharing and information flow is
really appreciable and motivate for
entrepreneurs to exercise their knowledge and
skill.
Marketing strategies:
• The partner marketing strategy to display its
product and service uses different techniques
like media, poster, brusher and communicating
directly with the customers and by awareness
creation of the public and
• The price for product and services is set based
on the feedback of the customers and the
profit gain which is fair.
• Quality, availability and time are critical in
business practice
Prime importance of professionalism and
quality in delivery of livestock services
• a successful livestock / veterinary services and
business will be created
