ConclusionConclusion  DDFs plays vital roles  However, DDF should be efficient, effective and fully functioning  Efficient = modest cost/ least cost = spirit  Effective = respond to genuine current needs  Fully functioning = appropriate structure, relaying info (horizontally and vertically)  DDF is the mouth-piece of the stakeholders which should spat wisdom to inform decision(s)
