ILRI.org  ILRI.ORG is a branded ‘front door’ introducing what ILRI does to different audiences (investors, partners, policy makers etc.) conveying ILRI’s values and messages to the world.  It is an online storefront to ILRI’s knowledge and products (aggregated and organized).  It leads people to more information and who to interact and share with ALL IN ONE !!!

Our activities https://www.ilri.org  New server on Amazon (24/7)  Upgrade core Drupal and contributed modules  Standardize taxonomies : CRP, Programs, Regions  Aggregated pages for CRP, Programs, Regions and Teams  ILRI@40 (40.ilri.org)  Acronyms (http://ilri.org/acronyms)  Secure login access to different resources (future ILRInet) Other projects:  DAGRIS  FEAST aggregator  Technical Consortium website  CGSpace technical  NBDC CD  POD microsite  Consultant roster  Review tool

Our plans https://ilri.org  Revamp ILRI website • Feel and look (design team) • Using existing information architecture • Build on POD micro-site elements • Explore more graphic/visualizations of our knowledge  Integrate Dspace content into Drupal (using REST API)  Redesign ILRInet (secure login within the website; link to OCS) Projects  DAGRIS  POD microsite and consultant roster  Ethiopian Ag. Portal  Some sort of ILRI ‘apps’?  Recruit additional drupal/linux expertise

What we learned • Team work (It requires the coordination of a different team) • Collaborate with content managers • Close follow up with bloggers • Close contact with focal persons (communication persons of Programs) • Refresh training  Proper tagging (Countries,Regions,CRP,Programs etc)  ilri.org content structure  How content harvest from different media
