  2. Why support workshops? Workshop support is important because it encourages engagement, continuous learning, accelerated energy, knowledge sharing and tangible outcomes

For organizers • Participants comes prepared (wiki- logistics , agenda , background info) • Impactful collaboration (facilitation, co-sharing, co-creating) • Tangible output (documentation, reporting, curate and publish) • Monitoring and evaluation of projects For communication & knowledge management support • Improved understanding of research to communicate accurately • Strengthening internal capacities • Capturing knowledge outputs (documentation of process) • Build networks (trust, appreciation, engagement) • Curating knowledge to assist other members of our teams • Maximize sharing and learning (facilitation)

Future plans… We have learnt… • Demand has increased with an increase of successful services • Internal and external capacity has been built though shared learning within teams • Overloading causes fatigue so need for prioritization and strategic support What we plan • Strategic support going forward (avoid over promising) • Improved way of business • Attractive awareness campaign • Improved time management
