Lab inspections and needs assessments completed in NADDEC and Makerere University. Outbreak investigation protocol developed. Three PPR outbreaks investigated. National PPR control steering committee revitalized and gaps in the strategy identified. 36 district animal health officers trained in Participatory Disease Surveillance (PDS). Actors in the PPR value chain mapped and analyzed. Plans for multi-stakeholder platform completed. .
