della carrozzeria di effettuare lavorazioni rapide, di qualità e orientate all’ottimizzazione dei costi. Questo
innovativo ciclo consente di ridurre drasticamente i tempi di essiccazione sia nella lavorazione ad aria che in

Stucco poliestere per la riparazione dell’automobile.
Le caratteristiche principali sono la morbidezza
che consente immediate stesure prive di difetto, tempi
estremamente bassi per la prontezza alla carteggiatura,
un’adesione eccellente su tutti i supporti compresa
la lamiera zincata, una ottima resistenza alla piega
anche ad alti spessori.
Indicato per importanti riempimenti ma anche
per rasate sottili.
Il VOC del prodotto pronto all’uso risulta inferiore
ai 250 g/l , limite di categoria dettato dalla Normativa
Europea 2004/42.

BODYFILLER.
Polyester bodyfiller ideal for car repair.
Technical properties of this putty are an extreme softness
that immediately allows a very perfect surface.
The very short curing times assure a sandability just
after 20 minutes. Excellent adhesion on steel plate,
aluminium and galvanised sheet.
Very high bending resistance also with high thickness
and finally also a superior sandability.
Voc less than 250 g/l according 2004/42CE.

ULTRA RAPIDO.
Fondo acrilico a due componenti alto solido con
eccezionale rapidità di essiccazione. Adatto per tutte
le riparazioni.
Di elevato spessore, non assorbe e consente finiture
uniformi e brillanti. È di facile carteggiatura
(grana 500 a secco) e sovraverniciabile con qualsiasi
tipo di smalto. Il VOC di questo prodotto pronto uso è
inferiore ai 540 g/l.
Carteggiabile dopo 50 minuti a 20°,
spessore 200/250 micron.

ACRYLIC CLEARCOAT
UHS FAST.
2K HS (High Solid) Acrylic primer with exceptional
fast drying times. Ideal for all kinds of repairs.
It allows application on several layers, it is not
absorbing and gives the finish an even and high gloss.
It can be easily sanded (500 grit dry) and it can be
overpainted with any kind of finish. The EU VOC limit
for this ready-to-use product is 540 g/l.
Sand after 50 minutes at 20°,
thickness 200/250 microns.

TRASPARENTE ACRILICO
UHS ULTRA RAPIDO.
Trasparente acrilico bicomponente UHS ultra rapido
ideale come finitura di pregio nei cicli a doppio strato
ad acqua o a solvente.
Adatto per tutte le riparazioni (ritocco e verniciature
complete) ove siano richiesti tempi di essiccazione
particolarmente ridotti.
Pienezza e brillantezza superiori ai trasparenti di pari
categoria, catalisi 2:1, pronto all’uso e di facilissimo
impiego.
Il VOC di questo prodotto pronto uso è inferiore
ai 420 g/l.
H79 SPRINT-AIR WIDE.
ACRYLIC CLEARCOAT
UHS FAST.
2K Acrylic clearcoat UHS (Ultra High Solid),
excellent for high quality finishes, in double coating
cycles (water or solvent-based).
Ideal for all kind of reparations (spot or whole car
repair), where very fast drying times are required.
High gloss and very good depth are at higher level
compared to the clearcoats of the same category.
Mix with 2:1 hardener. Ready and easy to use.
The EU VOC limit for this ready-to-use product
is 420 g/l.

alla veloce essiccazione all’aria.
Facile e scorrevole nell’applicazione, permette
di realizzare finiture piene, ad elevata brillantezza
e particolarmente dure e resistenti al graffio.
Per ritocchi e verniciature complete.
Trasparente Antiscratch e quindi classificato come
“Finitura Speciale” con VOC = 560 g/l, conforme
al limite di categoria imposto dalla CE 2004/42.
