ICR is founded and immediately dedicates itself to the production of chemical articles for bodywork and natural stones. 1961 Debut on the market of the Sprint brand, which immediately distinguishes itself in the car refinish sector. 1962 The process of internationalisation begins: the first sale in Kuwait dates back to this year. 1973 ICR opens new markets in Africa, Asia and Latin America, where it operates with a solid network of subsidiaries, licensees and qualified distributors. 1985 - 1995 ICR enters the world of color with the purchase of Brenen Italiana with its Offices in Perugia, the historic brand of industrial paints. 2001 The subsidiary ICR Ibérica is founded in Spain. 1969 ICR grows in the markets of Eastern and Western Europe. 1980 The R&D laboratories develop the early products specific for the Industry market. 1998 MADE IN ITALY EXCELLENCE 4 | ICR SPRINT COMPOSITES

ICR launches Sprint Coatings and the Sprint Mix tinting machine, solutions suitable for the general industry and for industrial bodywork. 2008 ICR acquires 30,000 mq of factory space in Lodi meant specifically for the production of paints. 2011 Innovation continues: creation of the air-dried UHS transparent paints which, thanks to the evolved ICR technology, satisfy the new needs of the car refinish market. 2015 ICR has acquired ProWorx, leader in car refinish fillers in the United Kingdom. The transaction allows this important country to be better served and to expand the offer of car repair products dedicated to the Anglo-Saxon market. The international expansion is continuing in the same fashion after being undertaken in the perspective of having a direct presence in the markets. It earlier led to the opening of ICR Sprint Inc., headquartered in Fall River, MA (USA), in 2017. 2018 ICR acquires the technologies to statisfy the needs of special coatings like silk screen printing of automobile logos and lacquering of design and plastic objects. 2010 ICR starts the production of E-coating, solutions addressing the market of electrodeposition techniques. 2013 The Company enters the world of car color: introduction of Sprint Evolution color system, high performance tinting machine comprising over 85,000 formulae and 15,000 cards. 2016 ICR launches the tintometric system WATER BASED SYSTEM designed for the industrial sectors that require an ultra-low environmental impact. It is used in sectors like marine, railways, truck industry, etc. Thanks to its capacity of deformation, it favours the structural adjustment, counteracting delamination/cracking problems in the bonding points. P40 has high bond strength, excellent flexibility, high mechanical properties (see table), low linear shrinkage, good chemical and physical resistance. It is suitable for mechanical application. In these conditions the product will remain stable for 4 months from the date of shipment. P50 is a two-component reinforced putty which must be accurately mixed with the specific C10 paste hardener (Dibenzoyl peroxide). P50 mastic must be mixed with a percentage of hardener that takes into account the ambient temperature, in which the processing is carried out. Do not use the product at temperatures below 5°C. Do not exceed these percentages. Excessive amounts of hardener can lead to peroxide stains during the finishing phase. POLYESTER ADHESIVES TEX FIBREGLASS PUTTY GENERAL PURPOSE PUTTY WITH FIBRES RECOMMENDED USES P50 has been formulated for assembling glass-reinforced plastic and different materials together. POLYESTER ADHESIVES POLYESTER PUTTY WITH FIBRES FILLING PUTTY FOR LEVELLING RECOMMENDED USES It is a putty formulated for filling / levelling and repairing fibreglass and metal surfaces which are not submerged, where higher than the normal thicknesses provided by common putties are required. The optimum balance of its features allows the repair of wide surfaces, for thicknesses up to 4mm. After sanding, the levelled application of autobody / nautical putty is recommended before successive jobs. P71 ICR SPRINT COMPOSITES | 21
