  3. 3. ICICI Fellowship<br />Course: Designed as modules with initial theory based modules for 1 month followed by field attachment with NGOs for next 2 years<br />Once in 6 months – workshops to be conducted on specified themes <br />

Development Perspectives-1<br />Objective<br />To familiarize participants with history of development sector globally and in India, various roles performed by Development organizations (funding to activist roles) , organizational forms (govt to corporate) , global presence to local activities, beneficiary to human rights perspective, different target groups- health, education, land rights, disability etc<br /> Part of Introductory module in the first month<br />Potential Facilitator : Dr Kalpana , CDF<br />
