• 1) OPENING SLIDE WITH CITY WATERFRONT Good afternoon everyone. Today I would like to take the opportunity to share with you the developments that have taken place over recent years transforming Liverpool into a truly welcoming conference destination. We will also update you on what exciting initiatives are in store for the future, all with our clients in mind. Could I please ask for a show of hands firstly from those of you who know and understand what Liverpool City Region is?..... Well I can explain
• 6) Hall 2 & ARENA IMAGE The flexibility continues on the lower level of the convention centre in our multi purpose hall, the space can be divided down into 6 different spaces accommodating from 200-1800 for a dinner. Here it is being used for an exhibition and dinner for 800. If more space is needed we expand into the arena which is connected directly to the hall as this diagram shows. This gives you additional exhibition space or a large plenary area by using the ‘D’ end of the arena for 1500+. As this image shows, Arena and Convention Centre Liverpool comes together beautifully when needed and sits side by side when not.
