  4. 4. What? <ul><li>August 4 th 2009 </li></ul><ul><li>9:25am </li></ul><ul><li>60mph winds </li></ul><ul><li>3 – 6 inches of rain in less than an hour. </li></ul><ul><li>1.2m deep. </li></ul><ul><li>Storms </li></ul><ul><li>Rainfall </li></ul><ul><li>Lightning </li></ul>
