张顺茂先生是华为企业业务 Marketing 与解决方案部总裁，积累了20年丰富的行业ICT经验，主
要工作是负责制定和执行企业业务的全球营销战略，在政府及公共事业、交通、金融、能源、
电力和企业等领域为客户提供高品质的ICT解决方案。张顺茂先生于1992年加入华为，在担任企
业业务MKT与解决方案部总裁之前，曾担任多个管理层职位，包括拉美片区以及全球服务交付、
固定网络产品线、无线网络产品线等。
Mr. Patrick (Shunmao) Zhang is President of Huawei Enterprise’s Marketing and Solutions
Department. With 20 years of experience in the ICT industry, He is responsible for the
Enterprise Business Group’s global marketing strategy, as well as developing ICT solutions to
customers across vertical markets, including government and public sector, transportation,
finance, energy, power and commercial enterprises. Mr. Zhang joined Huawei in 1992. Prior to
his current position, he has held the senior management role in several departments, which
included Huawei Latin America, Global Delivery & Service, Fixed Network Product Line, and
Wireless Product Line.

张巍巍先生是华为企业无线解决销售部副总裁，拥有超过10年的无线经验及8年的海外市
场无线销售和管理经验，目前主要工作是负责制定和执行企业无线的全球营销策略以及市
场拓展等相关工作。
Mr. Edward Zhang is Vice President of Huawei Enterprise’s Wireless Solution Sales
Department. He has over 10 years of wireless experience and eight years of wireless sales
and management experience in oversea markets.
Now he is responsible for the global marketing & sales strategy，market development
and other related job for enterprise wireless.

Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Commway Wireless Network Communications
Co., Ltd Ph.D
分管南京无线政务专网的规划建设和业务运营。参与南京市智慧城市的顶层设计规划，
并根据智慧城市发展制定企业发展战略规划。2013年 带领南京宽慧完成TD-LTE宽带多
媒体数字集群系统城域试验网建设，并圆满完成了第二届亚洲青年运动会的赛事保障。
这也是全球第一个基于TD-LTE的宽带多媒体数字集群城域网。
In charge of planning, construction, and operations of the government radio network
in Nanjing. Participated in top-down design of Nanjing smart city planning and
formulated the corporate strategic plan according to the Nanjing smart city plan.
Led the construction of the pilot metropolitan area network (MAN) using the TD-LTE
broadband multimedia digital trunked system in 2013. This the first MAN of its kind
worldwide. This network well served the 2nd Asian Youth Games held in Nanjing.

Nicholas James career has been focused on startups and leading new business
initiatives in the TMT sector including at STAR TV and Media Asia Group in
Hong Kong and Chorion PLC in the UK. Nicholas is currently the CEO of UK
Broadband (UKB), a subsidiary of PCCW Limited.

Master of Project Management from Business School of Nankai University. Worked in
Tianjin Port for 18 years since college graduation and engaged in IT and management
affairs.
In charge of research and planning of extensive application of 4G technologies in terms of
port security management and control, intelligent operation, and creative services.
Working to achieve breakthrough in communications and unmanned operations on the
cutting-edge automated container terminal of Tianjin port.

王志勤现任工业和信息化部电信研究院副总工，通信标准研究所副所长，教授级高工。长
期在移动通信领域方面进行开拓性的研究和实践，在第二代移动通信和第三代移动通信及
IMT-Advanced科研标准方面有深入的研究。主持并负责了多项移动通信行业和企业标准的
制订工作。曾任第三代技术试验专家组成员，IMT-Advanced推进组专家组成员。目前任中
国通信标准化协会无线技术委员会主席，中国通信学会无线与移动委员会副主任。
Deputy chief engineer of China Academy of Telecommunication Research (CATR), deputy
director of Research Institute of Telecommunications Transmission (RITT), and professorate
of senior engineer. Dedicated to pioneering research and practices in mobile
telecommunications, especially in 2G, 3G, and IMT-Advanced standards. In charge of
standard formulation in the mobile telecommunication industry and related enterprises.
Member of China 3G Technical Trial Expert Group (3G TEG) and IMT-Advanced Standard
Committee. President of TC5 under China Communications Standards Association (CCSA)
and deputy director of Wireless and Mobile Committee under China Institute of
Communications (CIC).

Phil Kidner has been Chief Executive of the TETRA and Critical Communications
Association for the past eight years. He has played a key role in the ongoing
development of TETRA and its evolution, together with other existing
technologies, towards a broadband future, for all critical communications users.
Before joining the Association, he was a Police Officer for thirty years and a
member of the project team that delivered a nationwide network for public
safety users in the UK.

Bryan leads a research team that helps Forrester's vendor strategy clients predict
and quantify market trends and opportunities in the Asia Pacific telecom and
networking sector. He focuses on go-to-market strategies and new developments
in mobility and enterprise communications; he also directs Forrester's operations in
the Greater China region.

Mr. David Xu is the general manager of Huawei enterprise wireless product line. He
has accumulated 15 years of extensive experience in the wireless ICT, and is mainly
responsible for the development of eLTE and GSMR product . He opens wireless ICT
cooperation, adheres to being integrated, and focuses on government and public
utilities, transportation, energy, electricity and other fields, to provide customers with
high-quality wireless broadband ICT solution.
