  4. 4. Just one month from today you’re going to awaken to a brand-new year, and if you play your cards right, it’s going to be
  5. 5. If you’re new to the party, go back a few weeks in the archives and read these first:
  6. 6. Step One: Double Down Step Two: How’s Your Attitude Step Three: Schedule Your Review
  7. 7. Alright, you’ve doubled down and by now you’re enjoying some of the fruits of your labor.
  8. 8. Your attitude is in check and most likely improving every single day {right?!}
  9. 9. You’ve reviewed the first 11 months of 2014.
  10. 10. Now the time has come to put together a solid plan for next year.
  11. 11. I’m going to give you the steps you need to do your annual plan, and then you’ll head here to download a blank 100-Day Plan.
  12. 12. Schedule 2-3 uninterrupted hours as soon as possible to complete the following:
  13. 13. Put yourself at the end of 2015 and describe your ideal results and circumstance {personal and professional}.
  14. 14. Quantify your ideal results as SMART goals: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Risky and Time-specific
  15. 15. Detailed information on goal- setting is contained in here.
  16. 16. Write each goal in a positive, present-tense affirmation, such as: I earn in excess of $2 million in 2015.
  17. 17. Now download your *free* STMA 100-day Plan and use it to lock down what you will make happen in the first 100 days of 2015.
  18. 18. Confused? Just take your annual goals and divided by 365, multiply by 100, and voila!
  19. 19. You have your first 100 day goals.
