  10. 14. Honda Inventory <ul><li>For a dealership to keep a part in stock a part has to have 2 or more demands within the last 3 months. </li></ul><ul><li>Demand – anytime a customer requests a part whether it is stocked or not. </li></ul>
  11. 15. Customers <ul><li>Once stock is checked in and put up it is available for the customers </li></ul><ul><li>Customers include: Honda mechanics, walk-in customers, body shops, individual mechanic businesses, and other Honda dealerships </li></ul>

How Do Parts Get to the Customers? <ul><li>Each Honda Dealership has trucks to deliver parts to local businesses </li></ul><ul><li>Dealerships have sales counters for walk-in customers </li></ul><ul><li>Honda will ship deliveries to any business across the country </li></ul><ul><li>FedEx is the main provider for out of town deliveries </li></ul>
