Project & Portfolio I: Week 1
February 3rd, 2022
I’m defined by what happens to me. There's 2 things that
can happen when you play the game of life, you either Win,
or you learn. Raised in the church, I only place God first
and He provides a strong path for me to walk on. Family,
Baseball, and Football have been strong foundations I've
been able to set myself upon. My main morale is that
whatever is started, must be finished. Nothing is worth
having unless its earned.

• Become the analyst for baseball at any given level.
By then I hope to have a mediocre brand that is for

Mid Term: (2026)
• Become a sideline reporter, or statistician.
• By this time I hope to have enough experience to
control baseball stats, and have a 30% increase on
LinkedIn or Social Media.
Long Term: (2032)
• Sports Broadcaster for the Texas Rangers
• Of course by this time I’m expecting to be big enough
to have a verified LinkedIn account and be able to
report players, and have a charm that can be easy to
listen to on the radio or tv.

  • 2. I’m defined by what happens to me. There's 2 things that can happen when you play the game of life, you either Win, or you learn. Raised in the church, I only place God first and He provides a strong path for me to walk on. Family, Baseball, and Football have been strong foundations I've been able to set myself upon.   • 5. GOALS Short Term: (Immediately After Graduation, 2023) • Become the analyst for baseball at any given level. By then I hope to have a mediocre brand that is for Novice level personnel. Mid Term: (2026) • Become a sideline reporter, or statistician. • By this time I hope to have enough experience to control baseball stats, and have a 30% increase on LinkedIn or Social Media. Long Term: (2032) • Sports Broadcaster for the Texas Rangers • Of course by this time I’m expecting to be big enough to have a verified LinkedIn account and be able to report players, and have a charm that can be easy to listen to on the radio or tv.

But use creative ways to do so. • Primary Tools: To promote the image for the younger viewers, I would go the route of TikTok and Snapchat, and also Twitter for the rest of the grown up portion of the world. • Website: I hope to grow my portfolio so that My image can grow as well as the people who know me.   • 13. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Mentor • There really isn’t a specific type of mentor. Anyone ahead in the program or someone with the experience in the field in areas I want to go is helpful in many ways. Formal Education • So far the only things planned on being completed is my time here at full sail as a sportscasting student. From there, I’ll let God open doors. Technical Skills • Learn to become skilled and relaxed in the live light. January, 2023. • If anything disrupts the service of the broadcast, be able to fix the issue and still get back out on-air. March, 2023. • Be bale to step in and help direct a crew of individuals on a broadcast team. January, 2023. Soft Skills • Find my voice for my own sportscasting career. September, 2022. • Become accustomed to being under pressure and learning new sports to broadcast. December, 2022. • Be able to perform when the prompter goes out and all I have left is experience and scripts.
  • 14. Holton Pepper Baseball is out to be exclusive. I take an exclusive experience and grab you by the hand giving you a personal relationship with sports, what I do is make the game for everyone.
