Which service offerings can best meet NTUC’s needs?  What is the business case to justify such a technology change, bearing in mind the risk involved? • CTO  Since NTUC is already in virtualisation environment, what are the significant benefits for going to Cloud?  How to ensure security and privacy? Private or Public Cloud? Or hybrid? • CFO  Low operating cost? And by how much?

Questions from Application Owners • How does moving the infrastructure to Cloud Computing affect the business applications?  Do I need to invest money to change the business applications?  What are the risks to service disruptions and benefits for such technology change?  How to protect the membership data from improper handling and hacking?

Our Experience • • • • • Pre-procurement due diligence Procurement due diligence Not a migration; but a transformation Resource optimisation, not just housekeeping 10 months of planning and three months of execution • Allocate more time for business applications testing • Multi-vendor integration role never be outsourced • Detailed planning of all scenarios, including the fall-back plans
