  2. 2.  JPIK = Indonesia Independent Monitoring for SVLK (Indonesia TLAS) Network of NGOs and indigenous/local peoples. Established in September 2009 by 29 NGOs from 21 provinces 1 National Coordinator, 24 Provincial Focal Points, 5 board of trustees Members: 41 NGOs + 259 individual (as January 2013)

  4. 4.  NGO’s and Indigenous peoples stated as Independent Monitoring (IM/IFM) IM/IFM is Key to ensure credibility of SVLK NGO’s and Indigenous peoples monitoring process accreditation, process audit and implementation regulation Recognition by the rule
