  • Based on the long-existing models that you mentioned, we also created a UX maturity model so we can improve the collaboration with our clients. We established 3 stages: 1. Interested 2. Engaged 3. Core integrated. Furthermore we can divide these stages into 2 cases: when you are the only UX team working on a project, or you are part of a bigger team - these are two very different situations.
