  4. 4. #1 Your vision<br /> You have to build your vision and this must include the four roles and the balance between them<br />
  5. 5. #2 Decide how to measure<br />There are several tools you can use. Use one that guarantees you are in the place you want to be<br />
  6. 6. # 3 Kill your “to-do” list<br />Tasks by themselves take up all the time <br />Work expands to fill the available time. <br />20% of time expected produces 80% of results<br />Don't waste your time in writing down a “to-do” list. You better schedule for each task in your agenda directly<br />
