We offer this Evaluation of Professional Training and Experience on behalf of a
representative of the above-referenced individual, Hendrik Grobler. As discussed hereiru
we find that Mr. Grobler has attained the equivalent of a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Industrial Management, based on his years of progressively responsible, professional
experience as a specialist in supply chain operations, industrial engineering, packaging
management, quality assurance, and related fields. Mr. Grobler's training and work
experience has been characterized by increasingly advanced responsibility and complexity
under the supervision of managers, and together with peers, at a professional level of
practical experience.
As discussed below, Mr. Grobler undertook increasingly responsible training ancl
positions of employment in industrial managemen! and related field+ characterized by
the practical and theoretical application of concepts specific to academic programs in
industrial management. Our conclusions concerning Mr. Grobler's employment history
are based upon several letter of reference from his employers and his detailed resume.
Prior to commencing his career Mr. Grobler completed courses toward a Bachelor
of Administration degree with the Universify of South Africa with a concentration in
Economics and Public Administration. His coursework included the stucl¡' of Business
Economics, Politics, Development Administratiory Public Administration and related
subjects. His studies took place between 1986 and 1989.
Mr. Grobler has subsequently maintained continuous and orrgoing ernplol,r'nent
in the engineering technology field since L986, completing a series of progressivel'/
responsible positions with the following companies in South Africa.

During his more than twenty-nine years in the engineering technology field, Mr.
Grobler has been associated with strategic planning, project management, organizational
management and restructuring, industrial management, functional management,
manufacturing and maintenance management activities. He worked with various
deparknents within and organization and with vendors and clients, serving as a liaison
between all parties to gather client requirements and translate them into specifications.
Mr, Groblerhas provided guidance and leadership to project teams on the completion of
those tasks, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget and with client
approval.
Mr. Grobler has provided functional and organization consultation on company
restructuring, functional changes and improved organizational structures. Additionally,
he has overseen the implementation of new form work systems in manufacturing,
maintenance and costing standards and procedures and procurement. Mr. Grobler has
assessed current systems, especially with regard to purification, and made
recommendations on new and improved systems. He has served in a project
management capacity, overseeing projects and assigning tasks therein.
The foregoing summarizes the work experience gained by Hendrik Grobler and
specifies his responsibilities over a period of twenty-nine years of employment experience
and training concentrated in industrial management, and related areas. The
responsibilities handled by Mr. Grobler throughout his career are indicative of bachelor's-
level coursework in project management, logistics management, engineering technology,
mechanics, materials resource planning, materials management, quality assurance
management, and related subjects.
As set forth above, Mt. Grobler completed twenty-nine years of work experience
and training in positions of progressively increasing responsibilify and sophistication,
characterized by the theoretical and practical application of specialized knowleclge anrl
training by superiors, together with peers, with baccalaureateJevel training in industrial
management, and related areas, At the equivalency ratio of three years of work

and Immigration Services of the United States Department of Homeland Security
("USCIS"), Mr. Grobler completed, in time equivalence, well in excess of the four years of
academic studies required in connection with the attainment of a bachelor's-level degree.
Due to the concenfrated nature of his work experience and training in industrial
management, and related fields, it is our opinion that Mr. Groblerrs background would be
comparable to university-level baining in this field.
Based on the completion by the candidate of twenty-nine years of progressively
responsible work experience and training in industrial managemenÇ and related ar"us, it
is the judgment of the Trustforte Corporation that Mr. Hendrik Grobler has satisfied the
stated requirements for equivalency to a Bachelor of Science Degree in Indushial
Management from an accredited institution of higher education in the United States.
