Amalgamated Bank gave my the opportunity to grow, expand myknowledge and gave me the education and tools to advance. Upon my relocation to Atlanta, GAI was not sure if I wanted to go back into the corporate world, so I decided to go back to schooland obtain another degree in Business Management as a class project we had to develop acompany, it was so interesting that I decided to create my own business “Superior SecretarialServices” a Virtual Assistant for Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs. After joining theRockdale Chamber of Commerce and other Social Networking groups my business grew from aVirtual Assistant to a full Small Business because everyone needed someone to complete theirAdministrative Assignments but could not afford to hire someone on a full time basis, Ireceived so many assignments that I moved Superior Secretarial Service into an employmentservice where I contracted staff to work from home to various businesses, while working fulltime positions. Five years later I realized that I really miss the Corporate World and NYC , I miss theexcitement , fast pace and the competitive activity of Manhattan .
