Utilising vacant space: more than half of BHS stores are still vacant
two years after the department store chain closed its doors, with
only twelve having been re-let in the last year.
Rates reduction: centres can save on reduced rates
Creating another reason to visit: the PLATFORM brands of the

offer changes regularly.
Driving footfall: depending on the location of the PLATFORM unit,
