Impostor syndrome is a psychological
pattern in which people doubt their
accomplishments and have a persistent,
often internalized fear of being exposed as
a "fraud".

part of your brain responsible for
fear, anger and negativity. It is
the flight or fight trigger.

that lead to uncertainty or to lead
something to believe that
something may not be true.

  • 8. Impostor syndrome is a psychological pattern in which people doubt their accomplishments and have a persistent, often internalized fear of being exposed as a "fraud". @heddanewman
