Year Two: (2024-2025) • Professional Learning Communities revise curriculum in subject areas • Every secondary teacher of visual art is trained to analyze student artwork for the purpose of improving instruction • Scope and sequence and pacing calendars created for dance 6-12, general music K-5, chorus 6-12, band 6-12, and orchestra 6-12 • Assessment and revision of visual art and dance curriculum • Revision of Student Learning Objectives and Targets for all subjects • Ongoing equipment purchase and maintenance to meet curricular needs • Maintain and Develop community partnerships and collaborations

Dawson Middle School Annie Jo Gordon CLC Trewyn Middle School Each building containing 5-8 will focus on student choice electives as opposed to general music courses. Buildings will be assigned one .5 Band instructor, one .5 Orchestra, and one .5 Choir instructor. The following schools will be paired together for music staffing purposes.
  7. 7. High School Proposed Staffing For Band and Orchestra Richwoods High School Manual High School Peoria High School Each building containing grade 9-12 will be assigned one full time band director, one full time orchestra director, and one fulltime choir director.
