Warm Peas with Tomato salad:Started out with some fresh peeled English peas. In a skilletheat some oil (olive or mustard) and then add a little cumin.When cumin starts to release its aroma, then add some chilipowder and fresh peas (frozen would do, just that the freshones taste awesome!) and then some sea salt to taste. Heatit for a few minutes till the peas start to look a little wilted-long enough so they are cooked but also maintain a goodcrunch!Serve it on a bed of fresh tomatoes. First sprinkle some softfeta cheese on the tomatoes and then the warm peas.Creamy feta not only helps bring the salad together but alsohelps cut down on the chili heat! So yummy!
