Shrimp, Tomato and Edamame Beans Warm Salad
Shrimp, Tomato and Edamame Beans warm Salad:As it starts to get cold outside, its nice to eat warm healthy salads! So westart with getting some edamame beans ready and to it add some largechopped fresh tomatoes. Then add some olive oil and your favorite spicemix to the flavor. Here I used Italian seasoning and it was just "moltobene"! :-)Marinate shrimps in your favorite flavoring spice mix or simply use a fewchoice spices like I did here- some freshly ground black pepper, a littlepink Himalayan sea salt and a little bit of Madras curry spice. Then stir frythe shrimps in a shallow pan with some olive oil.Once the shrimps are ready, then top them over the bed of juicytomatoes and steamed edamame and enjoy your warm salad! BonAppetite!
