During the past five years, the consumer user interface has been totally re-invented. With some amazing innovations such as touch interface, activity streams and application stores. Apple, FaceBook and LinkedIn have been the main driver of this re-invention. The interface is super intuitive and even our three years old are comfortable using our iPads. But the enterprise user experience has been left far behind.
Business users continue to use Point and Click, Cut and Paste applications.
Our ERP, CRM and most of day-to-day applications seem to have missed the innovation train.
