Preparing material requests to Procurement team through a centralized resource
planning software named Microsoft Dynamics Navision
Coordinating for approved purchase requests from Procurement team and follow-
ing up with supplier for delivery of the same.
Tracking the delivery of material with suppliers and preparing Goods Receipt
Note (through Microsoft Dynamics Navision) for finance department, based on
delivery notes and earlier processed Local Purchase Orders (LPO) for internal or-
ganisational records.
Recordings of all materials received on site and submitting to Project Manager on
monthly basis.
Tracking list of outstanding LPO’s / Purchase Orders / Payment delays and report-
ing to Project Manager/Finance Department on weekly basis.
