A Japanese Technical collaborated Company. 1980 to 1986. Post Held: Works Manager. Headed the Project from inception to completion and final running for two years. Acted as General Manager. During the tenure trained in silk technology in M/s.Shinano Kenshi , Japan and co-ordinate with their team of five Japanese engineers in setting up the factory. The first private Spun Silk mill in India.
