  13. 13. 13 Level 1 • Annual Review by individual RCEs by local/regional stakeholders Level 2 • Review of individual RCE’s monitoring results and share trends and findings at annual RCE regional meetings Level 3 • Review of the regional analysis at the bi-annual global RCE conferences • Mid-term review in 2025/2026 Monitoring and Evaluation *The process will be replicated for the second half of the decade.
  14. 14. • Ensure you submit your RCE PROJECTS on the RCE Portal at least once a year • Close date: 31 December 2022 Note: If no projects are submitted in a 3-year period (1 Jan 2020 - 31 Dec 2022), the RCE will be deemed inactive.
