  2. 2. Created in 2007 - almost 12 YEARS!! OZIRES SILVA ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION COUNCIL - ISAE A collaborative network profile with the objective to be a center of reference for the purpose of disseminating sustainable entrepreneurship and innovation, through lectures, events, publications and courses. STRENGTHENING VILA TORRES PROJECT - PUC PR Co-creation of uniforms with Cooperative “Nós” in Vila Torres – Prof. Camila Ferreira da Costa Teixeira Camila Ferreira da Costa Teixeira Community  Extreme poverty, unemployment, slums, homeless, recyclable material collecting and keeping, environment issues, narcotics / alcohol users Project aims to  Economic benefits with solidary entrepreneurship  Organized as a cooperative  Vila Torres women residents (vulnerability and extreme poverty) Present and Future outcomes  Cooperative interrupt historical assistance  Production and selling uniforms = income  Social inclusion and overcoming vulnerability  Exclusivity for PUC-PR uniforms and products
  10. 10. SUSTAINABLE ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROJECT - ISAE Project with Margarida Dallagassa Muninipal School in Curitiba. Each class is working with one of the SGDs objective. The project aims to align the school practices with the challenges and aspirations of the 21st century and teach the kids about sustainability and entrepreneurship Children from explaining the different types of houses materials telling the three little pigs story Children learning how to prepare a compost separator Posters made by children about health and quality of life Child sticking poster about conscious use of water

OZIRES SILVA AWARD - ISAE Ozires Silva for Sustainable Entrepreneurship Award  Annual national event that promotes initiatives of public and private companies, students and business plans that consider entrepreneurship focused on sustainability in their practices.  The initiatives can be insert in the modalities: social, environmental, economic and educational.  Alignment with SDGs Projects registered in all editions 800 States that have participated

  13. 13.  Data from the World Bank shows a steady increase of the energy expenditure over four decades  Such trend takes place not only by population growth since the per- capita energy use has also been under steady growth  On the other hand, the world economy as whole has generated wealth more efficiently energy-wise Is this trend sustainable ? SDG 7 - AFFORDABLE AND CLEAN ENERGY

Opportunities or catastrophe?  Are we heading towards (un)sustainable energy expenditure?  Is it possible to set restrictions on the world energy expediture, if we consider the other 16 SDGs?  Will we be able to keep the trends of less energy expenditure for wealth generated, if we fight inequality?
