GLOBAL HR Manager-A Complete Package Good and well functioning Human Resource management in a global HR firm is all about getting the right person in the right job in the right places at the right times and with the right cost. These Global HR Managers must then be interconnected in a unified network in which they can recognize and make use of a good idea internationally. Such an integrated network depends on the Global HR manager’s continuity in the organization in a given time frame. Hence it requires career management to insure that the internal qualified executives are readily available when any sort of vacancy is created in the organization across the world on a Global level. Most Global companies do not have the Human resource capital in terms of leadership and top level management to perform effectively in all their markets on a global level. Often the reason is lack of Global HR Manager’s mobility. Neither the companies nor the individuals have realised the importance of the managerial mobility that would bring out excellent results if we emerge with a successful combination of business strategy with Global HR Management strategy and in making sure that careers are developed for two good reasons-profitability and employability. Companies new to the Global scene are fast to realise that looking for a Global Manager who is adept, trustworthy for their overseas markets is a huge challenge. Such things holds true for companies across varied technological range, be it software manufacturing units to any other product manufacturer such as textile or cosmetics which has a Global supply chain all over the world. Thus these Global countries are under the constant pressure of cutting down the trial and error costs and time in order to build a fleet of Global HR managers who would be able to take care of the business as well as they are expected to. The strategy most appreciated in a Global HR Manager is that they must work with standard systems but also have local adaptation. The primary notion is to satisfy the company’s Global needs in regional, national, local and global levels and to influence and motivate people to make use of their current assets and proactively engage in steering their own career. Thus a Global HR not only manages the working of the international organization but also makes sure that the employees are motivated and driven at all times.
