  2. 2. Everyone in this room is living out a story. The difference is whether that story is worth telling.
  3. 3. IS MY STORY WORTH TELLING?Would I be excited or bored listening to my own story on a Monday morning?Would I pay to watch my own movie play on screen? on a Monday morning?Would I pay to watch my own movie play on screen?
  4. 4. WHAT GOES INTO THE STORIES WE LOVE MOST? 1. A character.

  9. 9. But we struggle to imagine our little stories can be bigger and better. 3. We are scared to fight for it 1. We don’t see ourselves as big or good enough characters. 2. We don’t think enough about what we really want. 4. And so we don’t get it...or anything out of life.
  10. 10. 3. I didn’t like to or want to fight for anything. 1. I never thought I was good enough and my story was all about small dumb things. 2. I didn’t think what I really wanted mattered. 4. And so I got only an OK sort of life. I struggled too.
  11. 11. But now, I am here and I do this. So I’ve been there and done that.
  12. 12. I remember I am a character in a much bigger and better story. 1
  13. 13. we are all already part of an epic battle between good and evil, laughter and tears - whether we know it or not.
  14. 14. I make decisions according to what I really want in the long run. 2
  15. 15. Don’t worry too much about planning WHAT to do. Instead, think deeply about WHY you want to do it. Do what you truly love - and want to see more of in the world.
  16. 16. 3 I try not to fear conflict. I learn to fight well for what I want and who I care for.
  17. 17. People matter more than Projects. You’ll never regret fighting for them - in small or big ways.
  18. 18. 4 I remember everyday what I want to get out of my story: a life fully lived for good and for God.
  19. 19. You already have the ingredients to make a good story for yourself. 3. Be willing to overcome conflict. 1. Build your character. 2. Know what you want. (and make sure it’s good stuff) 4. Remember everyday what you want to get of life.
  20. 20. You all are leaders of your own story. You can lead it towards something bigger, better and happier than you imagine.
