  42. 42. 42 PROPOSAL FROM RICE CONSULTANCY PTE LTD Deployment, Warranty, Maintenance • During development stage, the system will be placed onto a staging server for user testing • Upon sign-off of user acceptance tests, the system will be placed onto production server • Upon placing on production, a warranty period of 90 days will cover the bug fixes • Upon the expiration of warranty, an industry standard charge of $220 / man-hour rate will apply for any system work done, including bug fixes • Annual maintenance contract will be made available at $5K / year, with 25 man-hours available to be used for bug fixes and enhancements if required. Unutilized man-hours will not be refunded but can be carried forward to the next year for up to 2 years.
