Compiled here are 3 easy steps on how you can secure your company a
healthy skilled workforce from the Philippines:
1. Accreditation
2. Shortlisting
3. Deployment
Accreditation
Accreditation is the process of securing a permit to source, hire and deploy skilled workers from the Philippines
which is done through On Time Staffing Solutions. We are duly licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment
Administration (POEA). You may visit http://www.poea.gov.ph/cgi-bin/agSearch.asp to check our status.
After reaching an agreement with us, requirements including the following shall then be submitted to the Philippine
Overseas Labor Office (POLO) or Philippine Consulate located at the work site country:
1. Trade License Copy
2. Passport and Visa Copy of company GM (Authorized Signatory for all documents)
3. Ministry of Labor (MOL) Quota
4. Recruitment Services Agreement (with On Time Staffing Solutions)
5. Job Order
6. Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
7. Master Employment Contract
8. Company Profile
9. Contingency Plan
10. Affidavit of Undertaking
• All aforementioned documents can be downloaded from the POLO website or provided by us, except the first 3
which are of your company's provisions.
• Once you are accredited, you are then allowed to send as much job orders as you want to your partner agency
who will assist you in every step of your recruitment.
Shortlisting
• Based on the job order and qualifications you set for your requirements, We will start sourcing and screening
candidates to send you back CVs that are best fit for the position. You can interview them via phone call, video call
(Skype) or if it requires, personally flying to Philippines for face to face interviews, especially for mass hiring.
• All shortlisted candidates will right after be processed on clearances with medical exam, good character and the
Embassy, documented with Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, lastly, settled from all government fees
and compulsory insurance.
Deployment
• The processed new hires will attend a Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) which prepares them for
settlement overseas and address adjustment concerns in their destination countries.
• Upon arrival, a representative from your company can pick them up from the airport and get them to their
respective accommodations.
Congratulations! You have now acquired a fresh supply of healthy skilled workers: backbone to the company's
operation and support to business growth.
Time Frame: Minimum of 21 days from Accreditation to Deployment
