  13. 13. 10/06/2015 Tibor Rences/VELUX Facilities The Request for proposal - RFP 13 The RFP: - Output focused (SLA`s – service level agreements) - Outsourcing level is fairly high (strategic and partly tactic level in VELUX, the rest is under partner`s responsibility) - We shared the following data in the RFP: - Services in scope - Current solution (incl. Organisation and cost) - Detailed description of the services - Technical information - KPI demands - Drawings and other location data (m2, type of buildings…)
  14. 14. 10/06/2015 Tibor Rences/VELUX Facilities The Request for proposal - RFP 14 High level of responsibility on the partner`s side: 1000 EUR limit: All repairs are included in the service fee under 1000 EUR. Above it VELUX Facilities has to approve the order, but VELUX Facilities has a right to order the repair from the market. With this limit we want to force the partner into TPM direction. In order not to buy “pig in a poke”, the partner has 3-6 months for assets verification. (Which must be approved by VELUX Facilities)
