Sharing Information via Social Media <ul><li>Because of the constant evolvement of the Internet and now social media, REALTORS ® can no longer rely on a single website to mark their web presence and capture the Internet consumer. REALTORS ® are now having to maintain a website, a Facebook page, a blog, their tweets, a newsletter and so on. To help you promote your multiple social media sites to the consumer on, you can now include links to these sites on the property detail page of your listings if you so choose. This action will also assist HAR in its goal of helping its members provide more relevant information to consumers. </li></ul>http://

Sharing Information via Social Media Your social networking and external sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, blog, website, and eNewsletter will be promoted on the property detail page of your listings on Create an e-mail signature containing the social media links. Then, copy and paste into your mail client (e.g. Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, etc.) . There are various signature templates to choose from. Personalized social media links

  9. 9. 713 REALTOR Property Hotline <ul><li>The 713-REALTOR Property Hotline provides your potential client an “on demand” audio walk through of your listing 24/7. Consumers dial 713-REALTOR and enter the property MLS number shown on the rider to obtain a digital audio description for that listing. In addition, consumers will be given the option to be connected to the listing agent during the call by pressing '1‘ and/or be sent a text message containing the property details by pressing ‘2’. </li></ul><ul><li>When a consumer calls the hotline, we capture the phone number of the person calling which is saved into a call log which can be accesses by logging into HAR. The report will display a list of your current listings and any call logs for those listings. </li></ul>
