Stairway along the main axis creating a double height entry lobby. • Exterior CMU walls on both floors and standard interior partition walls. • Single hung windows with raised borders add historic elements to facades. • Decorative metal entry canopy to emphasize entrance. • Roof wood trusses 12:8 relation as a way to visually add character to the building.
