Premier Media Christian Trust, the charity that owns London station 'Premier
Radio', has appointed Rev. Katei Kirby to its board. Kirby is general manager
of the African & Caribbean Evangelical Alliance, a visiting lecturer at London
Metropolitan University and ministers at the Wesleyan Holiness Church In
Greenwich. David Heron, chairman of Premier Radio, commented: "Katei's
experience will be invaluable to the extension of the work of Premier Christian
Radio. The trustees are looking to expand their areas of expertise and will
continue to search for people of a similar calibre to Katei."
Celebrating its ninth birthday this year, Premier Radio has been added to the
'Freeview' digital TV platform that will enable it to reach a national audience.
