  2. 2. We take customer satisfaction very seriously at Granit. Along with ongoing checks during every project, we also conduct an annual survey of our clients. This allows us to understand what we are good at and if there are areas we need to improve. The following shows the highlights from 2014’s annual survey.
  3. 3. 88% of clients chose to employ Granit after considering other architects
  4. 4. 95.7% of clients felt Granit clearly explained their fee structure and terms of appointment
  5. 5. Our clients rated us as 4.35 / 5 (87%) for our level of professional knowledge, something we will certainly aim to improve this year.
  6. 6. On average our clients consider Granit’s communications to be “very clear”.
  7. 7. On average our clients rated Granit as “very professional”.
  8. 8. On average our clients gave us an overall satisfaction rating of 4 out of 5.
  9. 9. 80% of our clients would re-employ Granit for their next building project.
  10. 10. On average our clients said they were “very likely” to recommend Granit to their friends and family.
