Labor law postings have specific sizes to be visible for your employees. However, the size depends on the posting.  EXAMPLE: The Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA) Job Safety and Health posting must be 8.5 by 14 inches to be compliant.
  3. 3. 2. THE FONT ON EACH POSTING NEEDS TO BE A SPECIFIC SIZE. Most postings have font requirements, as well, because they need to be easily readable. EXAMPLE: The Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA) Job Safety and Health posting must feature a minimum 10-point font.
