  • Sadly forgiveness is hard to do, but keeping the pain of being hurt lasts a lot longer than dealing with forgiveness. When our love has been betrayed by the words or deeds of loved ones around us, yes, it is hard to forgive (and to forget), yet without forgiveness me cannot move on in our own lives. If you cannot heal the hurt, try at least to forgive within your own heart. May God grant you strengthen and wisdom at this time in your life.
