What is an ESA?<br />An assessment of real property.<br />Accordance with provincial regulations, CSA Standard Z768-01 & Z769-00.<br />Supervised by a "Qualified Person" (QP) with no interest* in the property. <br />An ESA seeks to determine:<br />1. "Likelihood" of contamination on, in or under the property.<br />2. If necessary, identify "Location and Concentration" of contaminants.<br />Can be a Multi-Stage Process.<br />*new rule for July 2011.<br />
