Connect more to people outside of your industry to reach more of your target market. 3. AGAIN, UPDATES, UPDATES AND PROMOTE YOUR WEBSITE. There’s a portion in LinkedIn profile where you can post your website, and other online profiles.

If you’re not yet ready on paid ads, double your effort in posting as many ads as you can in as many ads site as possible. Volume is they key. 2. INVEST IN PAID ADS. Successful marketers and sellers invest heavily in marketing their products. Even big companies spend more to earn more. So if you want to earn more, be like the big boys in sales, invest heavily in paid ads. 3. USE A LOT OF KEYWORDS. From the title of the ad to content or message body, use keywords. A keyword could be the name of the project (ex: Amaia Steps Pasig) or description (a condo located in Pasig for sale that features studio and 1-bedroom units) or a combination of both. Use it AS OFTEN and AS NECESSARY as you can. Don’t overdo it.

PinoyExchange.com - topics are varied, but visit Home and Garden, Classified Ads and Real Estate sections b. SkyScraperCity.com–topics focus more on real estate, tourism, economy and infrastructure development c. Others include femalenetwork.com, fhm.com.ph, tsikot.com, pinoymoneysense.com. Search for some more. 2. REGISTER AND JOIN THE FORUMS OR DISCUSSIONS Join especially in forums related to what you’re selling. Though nobody stops you from joining other topics as long as you’re active in several discussions. 3. EDIT YOUR PROFILE Especially in the signature and footers, put your contact number or website as it will appear every time you post a reply or thread. 4. POST NEW THREADS OR TOPICS In SkyScraperCity.com, there are already threads for different Amaia condos, make it active by posting updates. In PinoyExchange.com, go to Classified Ads section and post a new thread for the different Amaia projects. Advertise your site.

Use this like a journal where you post images of the projects and post observations and what you think of the project and its surroundings. 2. POPULAR BLOG SITES: -WordPress.com -Bloggers.com or Blogspot.com Post your reasons why someone should invest in the project that you’re selling. Say why the location is prime, what interesting landmarks or establishments are near. If you go to the site, take pictures not only of the site, but nearby attractions as well.

Business card – aside from contact numbers, indicate your website. 2. Proposal letter – make one containing all the projects but emphasizing one focus project. Print several and distribute to villages, establishments, etc. 3. Flyers – if provided, indicate your website also. 4. Bulletin boards – there are small milk tea or coffee shops around where you can post notes for free. 5. Print ads – you can invest in ads in magazines or newspapers or newsletters 6. Others that you can think of.

It could take months or even years before you see results but will greatly increase your prospects much easier. For immediate results, invest in paid ads.

None.  Spend a lot of time (8 hours the least) everyday in doing said internet marketing efforts. There are other tips in optimizing (higher ranking in free search) your website, but will be on a separate discussion. Just ask me. You can also ask SEO (search engine optimization) experts for more strategies or research thru the internet. What I mentioned here are just basics as far as I know and that I can think of in just a few hours that I made this presentation. Before you can even think of anything else, just do it. There’s nobody else to blame (for failure) or praise (for success) but ourselves. JUST. DO. IT.
