Panasonic’s Kids Witness News (KWN) initiative provides a platform for children and youths toexpress themselves and to gain greater awareness of developments around the world. The longrunning program has not seen media interest in recent years. To bring new interest to KWN,the Singapore office of GolinHarris developed a survey to look at news media consumptionhabits amongst children in the region. The regional survey generated interest in leadingbroadcast and print media and brought Panasonic’s Kids Witness News to the forefront again.
