Justification of adaptation of the costing tool • Why is important to adapt the costing tool?: – Because we need a tool that articulates the mandate of public policy with the cost of its implementation. – Because we need to articulate the mandate of the law with the competencies of GGAA. • What do we want to cost?: The implementation of public policies for the effective exercise of competencies. • How does costing contributes to gender equality policies?: By identifying the minimum cost for the fulfillment of the rights established in gender equality policies.
