The Process•New element in the Agency – level PIR Plan
that will be recorded and reported with a
dashboard indicator (green-yellow-red)
•Investment programs that do not
receive “green” status are engaged
with a quarterly review and update of
their status in terms of whether they
are on track to fixing the identified
issues.
•Failure of an investment program to provide
a timely and satisfactory Data Collection
Status Assessment response will have the
consequence of degrading their status
indicator in the Agency-level PIR Plan.
•For the annual assessment review, all
investment programs will receive the same
questions. Because they are standard,
program managers can learn about them in
advance through the regular PIR Training.
