RGM Co. was founded in 2023
by three entrepreneurs: Rey
Mark Alfonso, Gen Dauser, and
Myre John Candelario. Each of
them shared a passion for
coffee and a desire to create a
business that would promote
sustainability and ethical
practices. With their combined
expertise in business,
agriculture, and environmental
science, they set out to create a

• 2 shots of Rainforest Roast espresso
• 1 cup of steamed milk
• 1 tbsp of honey
• 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon
Procedure:
1. Brew 2 shots of Rainforest Roast espresso.
2. Steam 1 cup of milk until it reaches 150°F.
3. Add 1 tbsp of honey to the espresso shots
and stir well.
4. Pour the steamed milk into the espresso
and honey mixture.
5. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon on top
of the drink.
6. Serve hot.

• 2 shots of Rainforest Roast espresso
• 1/2 cup of hot water
• 1 tbsp of brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup of milk
Procedure:
1. Brew 2 shots of Rainforest Roast espresso.
2. In a separate cup, mix 1/2 cup of hot water, 1
tbsp of brown sugar, and 1/4 tsp of vanilla
extract until well combined.
3. Add the espresso shots to the mixture and stir
well.
4. Steam 1/4 cup of milk until it reaches 150°F.
5. Pour the steamed milk into the cup with the
espresso and sugar mixture.
6. Stir well and serve hot.

Procedure:
1. Brew 2 shots of Rainforest Roast espresso.
2. Steam 1/2 cup of milk until it reaches 150°F.
3. Add 1 tbsp of chocolate syrup to the
espresso shots and stir well.
4. Pour the steamed milk into the espresso
and chocolate mixture.
5. Top with whipped cream (optional).
6. Serve hot.
Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:
• 2 slices of bread
• 2 slices of cheddar cheese
• 2 tbsp butter
Procedure:
1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
3. Place one slice of bread on the pan, buttered side
down.
4. Add the cheddar cheese slices on top of the bread.
5. Place the second slice of bread on top of the
cheese, buttered side up.
6. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until
golden brown and the cheese has melted.
7. Remove from heat and cut into halves or quarters.
8. Serve hot with your favorite coffee.

• 1 lb frozen french fries
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup diced green onions
• 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
• 1/4 cup diced jalapenos
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup salsa
• 1/4 cup guacamole

Procedure:
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2. Spread the frozen fries on a baking sheet
and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy.
3. Remove the fries from the oven and
sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Place back in the oven for 5 minutes, or
until the cheese is melted.
4. Remove the fries from the oven and
sprinkle with diced green onions, diced
tomatoes, and diced jalapenos.
5. Serve with a dollop of sour cream, salsa,
and guacamole on top.

• 1 large tortilla wrap
• 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
• 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1/2 avocado, sliced
• 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1/4 red onion, sliced
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1/4 cup hummus
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Warm the tortilla in a microwave or oven.
2. Spread the hummus in the center of the
tortilla.
3. Mix the cooked quinoa with the lime juice
and spread it on top of the hummus.
4. Layer the black beans, sliced avocado, red
bell pepper, and red onion on top of the
quinoa.
5. Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the
vegetables.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and
roll it tightly.
8. Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve.
