  2. 2. People like to be treated well, and when they did, they most probably will always return the favor. To do this first as a leader we need to give or to act and without requirement in return. At workplace it will drive or increase motivation to our peers seeing what we have done RECIPROCITY
  3. 3. Authority To be someone influential and authoritative will be someone who have expertise, credibility and knowledgeable in their field.
  4. 4. Commitment and Consistency Good performance can be reminded to our peers, which most likely the teams or individuals will thrive to do the same to achieve same or better result
  5. 5. Liking People tend to follow or listen to someone they like. The little act in workplace like genuinely praise on their work or making a compliments will slowly build the relationship and little by little this will garner liking from peers around you.
  6. 6. Concensus People tend to follow the herds, since there is power in consensus, people feel safe when they are doing something that most of people do the same.
  7. 7. Scarcity The less are something the valuable it becomes.
