This component is primarily geared toward the
production of content for the formal learning scenario
(Learning Content Management System).
The software is designed to support every phase of
your project – from the planning and design phase right
up to the publication of all training content – with
clearly structured steps and various automated
processes.
Learning Content Management System
Software solutions dedicated to the storage and
maintenance of learning content are known as Learning
Content Management Systems. They encompass
everything from the creation and sav- ing of learning
content, including subsequent reuse, right up to the
automated display of training material.
User support takes center stage with this com- ponent.
With tt guide at their side, your employees can access
specially tailored support whenever the need arises. All
this directly at their workstation, and instantly.
Performance Support
Performance Support provides comprehensive assistance
which is available to employees directly from their
workstation. It can come in the form of software or a
different resource (e.g. printed or technical) which is
made available exactly at the moment of need and offers
just the right amount of workplace support and
assistance to ensure that the user's current task can be
completed successfully.

The perfect combination for successful learning
Both forms of learning – formal learning and
Performance Support – have their own
strengths and weaknesses. In the case of
formal learning, knowledge is conveyed in a
structured and systematic man- ner. Alas, it is
safe to assume that course participants will
have forgotten over half of what they learned
one hour after training. And they'll only have
retained a third of their new-found knowledge
by the next day (cf. Curve 1). Knowledge is
retained (or rekindled) only in cases where the
new information is immediately applied.
Application-oriented, on-the-job learn- ing via
Performance Support alone is ideal for
ensuring that a solution to the problem is
quickly found. But these solutions usually don't
explain the bigger picture, meaning that users'
general understanding
of the overall context is rarely boosted by such
measures.

IT documentation with maximum ease
In the IT environment, documentation is created
via a recording – for applications involving ERP
systems, MS Office or CRM software, for
example. When recording with tt knowledge
force, it doesn't matter in the slightest whether
the application was manufactured by SAP,
Microsoft, Sales- force or other providers.
One recording session is all you need to create
the various learning media. While your subject
matter experts perform a particular procedure,
tt knowledge force automatically and
simultaneously generates various formats from
the recording (single sourcing). Depending on
your license type, this content can then be im-
mediately accessed in different formats as
web-based training, IT documentation or a
step-by-step list.
And you can choose between various out- put
formats, such as Word, PDF or HTML. Needless

webbased training with different content, such as

Authors will quickly get the hang of tt knowledge
force thanks to its highly intuitive user interface.
Its design and layout are inspired by MS Office,
making it much easier for users to find their
bearings. The functions are sorted and arranged
in accordance with their frequency of use,
thereby ensuring optimal ergonomics.
The software's "What you see is what you get"
principle is an extremely practical feature, as
this gives the author a preview during the actual
creation process of how the learners will
subsequently be guided through the training.

integrated text-to-speech tools brought to you

ReadSpeaker. Content can be preselected for

The Guide Creator in tt guide is an easy-to-use tool
for the recording of new guides. Its user interface
features all essential functions and can be operated
intuitively. This makes it not just ideal for authors,
but also for other colleagues eager to record
content – which can come in very handy, such as
during the handover process when an employee is
about to head off on vacation. User- generated
content can therefore become reality (optional).
