  • O mnie:Time management
  • I’m not expert, not lifecoach I only tried a few ideas, it my opionin it works and help me and would like to share my experience and dicuss about yours. Pawel reocmend me I watched Scott Video , which was recodred and relized that it was awsomeFound a lot of usefull tips, practise some of themIt motivate me, and after I watch this video I started to intersign in GTDI also found a lot of interesting ideas on lifehacker page
  • Dlaczego vidoe, ksiazka i artrykuły wydały mi sie tak intersujące.Feel to be efficient enoughFill like a hamster in a wheelFeel stressed and tired at workCan’t measure my performanceDoing some task simultaneouslyDon’t know what/how to improveHave lower job satisfactionFocus on unproductive tasks
  • Do you recoginize it?Who try? At least for one dayWho was successed? How many pomodoro a day? Time management method that can be used for any kind of taskSprawdzi się przy pracy twórczej, raczej nie polecam stosować na budowie
  • 1. CHOOSE A TASK YOU'D LIKE TO GET DONE:Something big, something small, something you’ve been putting off for a million years: it doesn’t matter. What matters is that it’s something that deserves your full, undivided attention.2. SET THE POMODORO FOR 25 MINUTES:Make a small oath to yourself: I will spend 25 minutes on this task and I will not interrupt myself. You can do it! After all, it’s just 25 minutes.3. WORK ON THE TASK UNTIL THE POMODORO RINGSImmerse yourself in the task for the next 25 minutes. If you suddenly realize you have something else you need to do, write the task down on a sheet of paper.4. WHEN THE POMODORO RINGS, PUT A CHECKMARK ON A PAPERCongratulations! You’ve spent an entire, interruption-less Pomodoro on a task.5. TAKE A SHORT BREAKBreathe, meditate, grab a cup of coffee, go for a short walk or do something else relaxing (i.e., not work-related). Your brain will thank you later.6. EVERY 4 POMODOROS, TAKE A LONGER BREAKOnce you’ve completed four pomodoros, you can take a longer break. 20 minutes is good. Or 30. Your brain will use this time to assimilate new information and rest before the next round of Pomodoros.- pr- Jak zadzwoni budzik to kończymy i koniec kropkaYou’re are not allowe d to keep on working „just for a few minutes”, even if you’re convineced that in those few minutes you could complete the task.
  • Walking, Drinking, Smoking, Relaxing, Reeding news. Chatting etcDon’t start talking about about work releated issue iwht colleague]Don’t write important emails
  • At the beginning of each day, choose the task you want to work on from the activity inventory sheet, prorizize tehm and write down in the TO DO today sheet
  • Tool has a huge impact in my opionionRecently it wasn’t possible to change something (remove) also every day it was preparing from scratchThis
  • Wady:It is not possible to prioratize task – put them in proper orderNie mozna gromadzic interpution, zaklada ze kazdy interuption to jest nowy unplaned taskZalety:Easy to collectIt is possible to have differnt tasks listsReports
  • Multitasking – eventifitispossible to do a fewthings in the same timeatworkitis not efficentatwork. Pomodorohelped me concetrate on one task.OncePomororoat a time, one activityat a time, one objectiveat a time. It is hard to usebecauseitrequiredself- disciplinesNiektorzy twierdza ze maja tak dużo na glowie ze nie maja czasu na planowanie, bullshitWhat if you have 20 min to next meeting? Start new pom or not? What if client call you?Try to work like that !!!Possible problems:I planned to much - not reorganizing it it was very demotivating that I never can do my planI didn't spend enough time for planning and retrospection
  • Personal Kanban is simlar as GTD and a lot of different approach is based on TODO list.If we collect everything what are in our mind that might be huge list of TODO and one of possible way to work with this list is Personal Kanban. Replace TODO list with something better.Only basics more in book or on plurashight traning
  • Decide what you want to use as your task board. Both for personal as for work I started for sticky notes(problem they come unstuck), after some time I started to use trello ( big advatnage it is for free, agaile zen)
  • For me second rule is extremlly importantit helped me a lot –I can’t read a few book in the same time, I can’t everthing what come to my mind in the same timeIt motivate me to finish one item (book, try to buy something, learing topic) before I start another one.I usually have everything in my mind, for example taking a shower I was thinking that I need to read about wines, climbing, paraglading, also new runners magazine and I also need to look for how to prepare to MTB marathon and organize joga metherial which I collect and perpare a traning to be able to pracise at home what was usually the result – I have so much to do ( those are things that I would like to do, it is for fun ) but too much so I haven’t done anything. At work is usally the same situtation.- moze o tym jak wiele ksiazek chce przeczytacjak wiele innych rzeczy chce robic to mnie motywuje zeby nie zaczynac nastepnej zanim nie skoncze poprzedniej???)REFLECT
  • Nawet jeśli nie mamy czasu na skoplikowane systemu, kanban może być latwy i It already exist, all you need to do is to remove it from your mind and put to somewhere – sticky notes is recomednationTreat is as a braind storm activity - not try to prioritaze them , it might be thing that you’re gone to do today or this year, doesn’t really metter.Focus on completness
  • Kiedys tego uzywałam jako listy zadań,Łatwe do wprowadzeniaObecenie super sprawdziło mi sie podczas bardzo szybkiego planowania wakacjiVisualize of flow thorogh your lifeNo Rule how it should looksIt might be just Ready Doning Done
  • Making something by at least 21 day create a habitConceptis simple: spend some amount of time doing a desired activity every day and, when you do, cross off that day on a calendar. This creates a chain of Xs showing your progress. If you don't do your specified task on one day, you don't get an X and that chain is broken. It seems almost too simple to work, but it's allowed me to accomplish so much more than I ever thought possible.( I really regreat that I didn’t use it writing my master thesis)Figure out your goals. Start with no more than three, and add a fourth goal after three weeks if you can handle it.Set daily minimums for each goal. Things like "I will run one mile" or "I will put away 10 stray items" work better than setting a time limit.Set your boundaries and rules. Because this process expects you to work every single day, you have to figure out what you're going to do when you're sick, on vacation, or just find yourself in a situation where you won't be accomplishing your goal that day but don't deserve the punishment of a broken chain.Print out a calendar for each goal and label it with that goal. I prefer a series of monthly calendars because there's more room to make a big X, but traditionally "Don't Break the Chain" uses one year-long calendar. Either way, put these calendars up on your wall where you'll see them regularly.Buy a fat red marker, or any marker—the fat ones just make bigger and more rewarding Xs.
  • This program helps me to not break the chaingthe longer your chain becomes, and the more motivated you’ll become to keep it goingIt really help me to achive a few goalsI have five goalsIt was easire to no do it using calendarsI’m really pround of in abdoment 8 min – fimik z youtubeThe problem is on vacation etcThere so many videos on pluralsightI’m working on personal projectUsing more for private that profesional Award – stupid
  • Study1 shows that people commonly overestimate the amount of time they think they have in the future to get things done, leaving them with overbooked calendars and incomplete commitmentsYou can organize your tasks and your calendar in a way that speeds you toward the finish line faster, and this chapter shows you how.
  • EvernoteAfter the bookThe secret weaponTO JEST COS CO Dziala – bo wszystko w jednym miejscu!!!!Itegracja z emailami, gmail outlook, latwe zapisywanie wszystkiego z neta, dziala na kazdym urzadzeniu
  • Author of Never Check Email in the Morning Julie Morgenstern suggests spending the first hour of your workday email-free. Choose one task — even a small one — and work on itfirstThe point of these technique is to do something when your are fresh and not distracted by incoming requests. That meains you have to choose and gather your meterials for the morning dash the eventing before. When you’re open for business and paying attention to incoming requests, it’s too easy to get swept away into the craziness. So get your day started off on the right foot, with just one thing done.It is really motivating, there is nothing worst that end the end of day realize that Todo list is the same as it was at the moring or even there are more things.Use one or two Pomodoro before you check emails
  • I hope you found something interesting and would like to try or read more aboutIf not seems that I wasted one pomorodo from your busy life
  • Planning day seems to be waste of time because we are so busy, thing ok. so what I should do now, write a post or maybe answer this emailsSwitching context is time consuming
